Master Level Social Worker
Passionate, Compassionate, and Present
Using a blend of neuroscience and evidence based therapeutic modalities, I help clients explore the symptoms that are negatively impacting their lives and how they may be able to engage differently. Â
I am a Masters level social worker registered in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario. Â During my masters degree, I specialized in military mental health and have experience working with military service members, veterans, and their families. Â I have years of experience working in organizations associated with the military, in in-patient addictions and mental health, and in private practice settings. Â Since my masters degree I have completed trainings in:
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Intensive Short Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP)

I am passionate about helping people who have experienced trauma heal and re-engage in their lives. Â While I often work with people who are experiencing post-traumatic stress, I also work with people who present in a wide variety of ways who are looking to find more safety, satisfaction, and fulfillment in their lives.
