This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Seaborn Health (15648084 Canada Inc.) collects, uses, and stores through this website (www.SeabornHealth.com) and our clinic management platform. We use Jane App, a HIPAA and PIPEDA-compliant online platform, to manage our services (collectively, the “Services). 


Notice to Patients


If you are a patient of one of our clinics or practitioners, your clinic or practitioner controls your patient information, including your contact information, billing details, and patient records. Please contact your clinic or practitioner for any questions about your patient information. Refer to the section titled "Patient Data" below for further information.


Who We Are


Our organization, Seaborn Health, includes our North York & Kleinberg locations. We use several healthcare practitioners, consultants, and agencies that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to the personal information we hold. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible and ensure they are informed of our privacy policy. 


In this Privacy Policy, the terms "we", "our" and "us" mean Seaborn Health.


Personal Information

We use your contact information to activate your user account, give you access to the Services, and send you notices about your user account. Billing Information: When we invoice you for products or Services, we collect credit card information to process payment. Credit card information is provided directly to our payment processor and is processed in a PCI-compliant manner. We do not keep your credit card information. The token we use replaces sensitive information and acts as a non-sensitive placeholder that can be used by the payment processor to reference your credit card information when payments need to be processed.


Log and Device Information: When you access and browse our Services, we collect information about how you are accessing our Services, such as your internet or mobile network connection, your browser, or the type of mobile device you are using (if applicable). We use this log and device information to optimize our Services.


Cookies and Tracking Information: Our website uses cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files downloaded to your computer or device by a website. Your web browser lets you manage cookies through its “settings” or “options” menus. We use cookies and web beacons to learn about the use of our websites, to identify email open rates, to allow you to log in to secure areas of our Services, and to store your login credentials for easy access to our Services.

Storage Period

For example, Contact and Billing information is kept for as long as a Subscriber account is active and for a reasonable period after it has been deactivated. We maintain a records retention and destruction program to destroy information when it is no longer needed or required.
